They are informative, helpful and interactive. I am learning to become a butcher apprentice, these have been great with the primal and cuts. I have my grand child quiz me so she enjoys if i mess up, so interactive it is.
If anything, because this is a late life career change, if these were on 5x7 cards for us elderly type it would serve us better. Still great investment as far as i sm concerned.
